You can print your downloads at home or through a local print shop. We recommend using high-quality cardstock or premium paper for the best results, especially for artwork you'd like to frame.

After joining, you'll complete a short questionnaire so we can thoughtfully match you with another Hug Club member. Once matched, you'll receive your pen pal's name and email address so you can begin connecting. If you both decide you'd like to exchange handwritten letters, you can share your mailing addresses directly with one another.

Yes! New digital downloads are released on the first of each month. Your membership renews automatically each month, and you're free to cancel anytime.

If you've given it a genuine try and feel the match isn't the right fit—or you don't hear back from your pen pal—please reach out. We'll do our best to help and, when appropriate, arrange a new match.
